Detail :
- ทำงาน Hybrid (WFH 40% / Office 60%)
- เวลางานปกติ จันทร์-ศุกร์ 08:30-17:30 น.
- มี On-call 24/7 เดือนละประมาณ 1 สัปดาห์ (หมุนเวียนกับทีม 4 คน)
Responsibilities :
1. Network Performance Monitoring and Issue Analysis
o Analyze issues occurring in the network system.
o Develop methods and strategies to improve service quality.
o Plan and identify potential problems in advance to prevent future issues.
2. 2nd Tier Support for Issue Resolution
o Provide support when the First Tier team (e.g., NMC, NOP, L1) cannot resolve issues.
o Perform troubleshooting and resolution for Fixed Broadband Network-related problems.
3. Developing Solutions and Optimizing Work Processes
o Propose appropriate and effective solutions to technical problems.
o Improve work processes to reduce redundancy and enhance issue management efficiency.
4. Coordination with Teams and Vendors
o Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams.
o Work with service providers or equipment manufacturers (Vendors) to expedite issue resolution.
5. 24/7 Standby Support
o Be prepared to provide emergency support around the clock.
o Assist and support the team during assigned periods of standby duty.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Engineering : Telecommunications, Electronics, Power Electric, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in network monitoring and support
