Work Location: Rayong

• Lead and participate in daily IDC Data Center operations, supporting 24x7 or 5x8 duty schedules as required by Alibaba Cloud.

• Respond to incidents, work orders, service requests, and ad-hoc tasks according to SLA requirements.

• Manage and monitor the ticketing system, ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Follow and enforce SOP and EOP procedures to ensure safe, stable, and efficient data center operations.

• Perform incident and risk analysis, identify potential operational risks, and implement preventive and corrective actions.

• Independently handle standard work orders and coordinate with Network Engineers, Server Engineers, and technical teams for complex troubleshooting.

• Lead the team to improve operational stability, efficiency, service quality, and risk control.

• Review and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, EOPs, and relevant technical standards.

• Coordinate projects and non-standard operational activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Support team development, knowledge sharing, and effective collaboration within the operations team.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IDC Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of SLA, incident management, ticketing systems, SOP, and EOP processes.

• Good knowledge of server, network, and data center infrastructure operations.

• Strong incident analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

• Good team leadership, project coordination, and process improvement capabilities.

• Strong cross-team and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Language requirement: Chinese + Thai (local language) or Chinese + English.

• Able to work onsite in Rayong.
