• Support 5x8 Data Center operations and respond to urgent requests or provide onsite support outside normal working hours when required.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Data Center assets, including receiving, storage, movement, deployment, inventory, and decommissioning.

• Maintain accurate asset information, including location, serial number (SN), model, quantity, and status, ensuring physical assets match system records.

• Conduct regular and full inventory checks to maintain 100% asset data accuracy.

• Manage warehouse access and asset entry/exit records according to established Asset SOP and security procedures.

• Use asset management systems and tools to track assets, retrieve information, analyze data, and identify discrepancies or abnormal records.

• Respond to and complete asset-related tickets and work orders according to SLA requirements.

• Ensure proper and secure handling of IT equipment such as servers, switches, optical modules, boards, fiber cables, spare parts, and consumables.

• Ensure assets are properly stored, transported, transferred, and decommissioned while protecting equipment and data security.

• Monitor warehouse conditions and follow appropriate dust, moisture, environmental, and asset security controls.

• Identify operational risks or asset discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.

• Support asset-related projects, including progress tracking, risk control, project acceptance, and resource coordination.

• Review asset management and work-order processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.

• Coordinate closely with IT Operations and other cross-functional teams to support daily Data Center activities.

• Independently manage assigned tasks and support urgent operational requirements when needed.

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Data Center Operations, Warehouse Operations, IT Infrastructure, or related fields.

• Good knowledge of common Data Center equipment, including servers, switches, optical modules, boards, fiber cables, and IT spare parts.

• Experience with asset management systems, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

• Understanding of the IDC asset lifecycle, from receiving and storage through deployment and decommissioning.

• Good knowledge of SOP, SLA, asset security, inventory management, and data accuracy control.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Good project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.

• Able to independently manage tasks and respond effectively to urgent requirements.

• Language Requirement: Chinese + Thai or Chinese + English.

• Able to work onsite in Chonburi or Rayong.
