• Manage and support 5x8 IDC Data Center facility operations and ensure rapid response to critical incidents outside normal working hours when required.
• Lead and coordinate the facility operations team, including duty arrangements, emergency response, and daily operational activities.
• Monitor and maintain critical Data Center infrastructure, including Power, HVAC, Cooling, and Low-Voltage systems, to ensure system availability and operational stability.
• Monitor facility alarms and system performance, ensuring abnormalities and potential issues are identified and addressed promptly.
• Respond to infrastructure incidents according to incident management procedures and EOP, coordinating with relevant teams until services are fully restored.
• Perform and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), post-incident reviews, and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Identify potential facility and operational risks, develop risk-control measures, and continuously improve emergency response procedures.
• Prepare, review, and execute MOPs (Method of Procedure) for maintenance activities, system changes, upgrades, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Ensure maintenance and change activities are performed safely and accurately without impacting Data Center operations.
• Maintain accurate facility infrastructure information, operational records, system data, alarm configurations, and required reports.
• Support preventive maintenance, capacity management, availability management, safety management, and facility risk management.
• Review Data Center facility architecture and equipment to provide recommendations for performance, reliability, and operational improvements.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and infrastructure stability.
• Coordinate facility-related projects, maintenance activities, vendors, contractors, and internal technical teams.
• Establish and improve operational procedures, technical standards, and team collaboration processes.
• Lead and support team development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to enhance overall service quality.
• Work effectively with cross-functional, cross-regional, and multicultural teams to ensure smooth Data Center operations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center Facility, Critical Facility, Facility Operations, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, especially Power, HVAC/Cooling, and Low-Voltage systems.

• Good understanding of EOP, MOP, Incident Management, RCA, Risk Management, and Facility Monitoring.

• Experience in Data Center maintenance, infrastructure change activities, and operational improvement.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.

• Good team leadership and project coordination capabilities.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Able to work effectively with remote, cross-regional, and multicultural teams.

• Language requirement: Chinese or English.

• Able to work onsite in Chonburi or Rayong.
