Salary: THB 30,000 – 33,000/month

Contract Period: 1 September 2026 – 14 July 2027, with a possibility of contract renewal

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Location: North Park, Lak Si, Bangkok

- This position focuses specifically on Data Center operations, rather than general building maintenance.

- The Data Center environment is highly critical, so the successful candidate must be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate and follow up on issues promptly.

- A customer support team will be available to assist; however, the engineer will be expected to perform preliminary troubleshooting and coordinate with the relevant teams.

- Working hours may occasionally need to be flexible, including weekends or nighttime, for system inspections or maintenance activities.

- Overtime is available and can be claimed with prior approval from the customer.

- Public holidays will follow The Stock Exchange of Thailand’s official holiday schedule.

- The company will provide a Notebook and company Email for work purposes.

- A 1-day Building Safety Training is required before starting work. The company will arrange the training.

- The site requires staff coverage every Monday–Friday. If an employee takes personal leave or annual leave, they may be required to work on a Saturday as a replacement day, coordinated with another team member.

- In case of sick leave, the employee must immediately inform the customer so that another staff member can be arranged to cover the site.

• Monitor and inspect electrical, mechanical, and other related systems within the Data Center.
• Perform routine site inspections, check equipment readings, record data, and prepare daily operation reports.
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting when equipment issues occur.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for repair and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and supervise personnel entering the Data Center to ensure compliance with site regulations.
• Work closely with The Stock Exchange of Thailand’s operations team.
• Follow up on incidents and coordinate with relevant parties until issues are resolved.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure continuous Data Center operations.

• 1–2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical equipment maintenance, preferably in a building or Data Center environment.
• Good knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Good attitude and professional personality.
• Able to work carefully and respond quickly in a critical Data Center environment.
• Thai nationality.
