Detail :
Responsible for coordinating job requests, reporting results to 3BB, and distributing tasks to the team. Must be able to analyze and assist the operational team to ensure successful completion of tasks, summarize problems, explain issues, and report results to 3BB systematically. At least one such person is required, or as needed depending on the workload.

East Region : สำนักปฏิบัติการภูมิภาค ภาคตะวันออกของ AIS เลขที่ 72 หมู่ 1 ตำบลเสม็ด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี 20000 (ด้านหลังโลตัสชลบุรี)
Working Hour : On duty 12 hrs./day with 6 working day per week, Call
Center will remain on standby/on-call over normal operating hours.
Responsibilities :
- For ensure timely completion (Indue)
- For staff performance meeting KPI target.
- Consult team about design (i-GIS)
- Summary report by weekly / monthly.
- To perform on-site simple activity by PM assigned such as site audit / team consult / training (if any)
Qualifications :
- Minimum educational qualification of a Higher Vocational Certificate or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience and expertise in communications work.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic communication network systems.
- It can effectively read and analyze data in Fiber Optic Cable and Database systems.
- Willing to work at shift on duty 12 hrs./da
