Notes
- Transportation costs, vehicle, and fuel are fully the employee’s responsibility.
- No overtime payment; however, compensatory leave can be arranged.

Contract Duration: 1 year
Work Location & Working Hours
- Based at AIS Tower 2, 16th Floor, or other locations as assigned by AIS.
- Able to conduct survey work within Bangkok and Metropolitan areas.
- 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday), 08:00 – 17:00.
- Weekend work (Saturday–Sunday) may be required according to project plans, with compensatory leave provided.
- Night work may be required, as some tasks may affect live customer services or certain sites cannot be accessed during normal working hours.
- Working days and hours can be adjusted based on the AIS-managed work schedule.
Employees must provide their own equipment, including:

Notebook computer with required software for reporting and design work.

Personal vehicle with the ability to travel within Bangkok and Metropolitan areas.

Mobile phone for communication during working hours.

Car inverter (Output 220–240 VAC, 200W).

Photography equipment for site documentation.
Responsibilities :
-
- Perform interference investigation and signal inspection for both Indoor and Outdoor environments within Bangkok and Metropolitan areas, as assigned by AIS.
- Conduct Drive Test, Walk Test, Survey & Design for Macro, Small Cell, and Pico Cell base stations, including troubleshooting Customer Complaint cases in both Indoor and Outdoor locations.
- Perform on-site installation of FEMTO / CEL-FI equipment to resolve customer signal issues.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers for site access, signal inspection, Walk Test, and Drive Test related to complaint cases.
- Prepare signal analysis reports and installation design documents in accordance with AIS standards and templates.
Qualifications :
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Communication Engineering, or a related field, with more than 1 year of relevant experience.

Proficient in using SPECTRUM ANALYZER to detect and investigate interference signals, including measurement and analysis of signal propagation across frequency ranges 5600 MHz – 26 GHz.

Ability to use 3G, 4G, and 5G testing tools such as Nemo, TEMS, Azenqos, Ding Li, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of signal and interference characteristics, including waveform, signal strength, frequency, direction, distance, and the ability to accurately identify interference sources.

Knowledge of Radio parameters for 3G, 4G, and 5G, such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, Throughput, and related metrics.

Experience in Walk Test, Drive Test, Survey & Design for mobile base stations, as well as resolving Customer Complaint issues.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems used in telecommunications equipment, including power systems and signal cables.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD for reporting and installation design documentation.
