Shift Work : ทำ 4 หยุด 3

Rotation 1) 08:00 - 20:00, 2) 09:00 - 21:00, 3) 20:00 - 08:00, 4) 21:00 - 09:00

1. Troubleshooting the problem related to Data Center Infrastructure and customers networks and servers.
2. Escalation to higher level when requires
3. Receive and Response to customer issue or problem.
4. Logging, follow up and tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems
5. Identify the types, categories, severity and urgency of the case.
6. Route customer cases to proper teams to follow up and handle (both internal and external). Including tracking the status of cases until closure.
7. Provide technical phone support to customers.
8. Provide remote support and/or remote maintenance to Data Center and customers.
9. Provide reports to customers upon requests.
10. Maintain and/or Update customer information in the customer database.
11. Perform routine operation and maintenance for Data Center and customers.

1. Male/Female, age not over 32
2. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT-related fields.
3. 1-5 years of  experience in direct IT/Network/Engineering Technical support
4. Able to understand customer contracts, Service Level Agreement, and Scopes of work.
5. Able to work on Shift. (Rotate in day and night shift)
6. Basic knowledge of
   o Computer/Server Hardware, o Windows operating system, o TCP/IP, Networking
   o MS Office
   o Anti-virus software
   o Microsoft Exchange and Outlook (optional)
   o Network Security and VPN (optional)
7.  Experience with below products would be benefit:
   o Cisco router and switch (CCNA, etc.)
   o Windows Server , VM Ware, Cloud system.
   o Take care Website
8. Good Troubleshooting skills.
9. Good command of English. (preferred)
10. Excellent communication skill.
11. Experience with Remote Applications and Tools such as VNC, PC anywhere, Windows Remote Desktop, VPN, Telnet, SSH will be benefit.
12. Customer Service mind.
13. Able to work under pressure and time constrain.
14. Fair typing skill for both English and Thai. (Estimate: 20 words per minute)
