We are looking for an experienced BMC Remedy ITSM Developer to join our team. This role involves developing, customizing, and supporting BMC Remedy/ARS applications used for IT Service Management (ITSM). You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, implement new features, and enhance system performance.
ความรับผิดชอบ :

Design, develop, and customize applications within BMC Remedy ITSM Suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Knowledge, and Service Request Management).

Manage Foundation Data — create, update, and maintain core system data and configurations.

Perform system administration including server setup, mid-tier configuration, email engine, and report setup.

Support installation, upgrades, and data migration for BMC Remedy applications.

Troubleshoot and fix application issues at both workflow and database levels.

Work with SQL/PLSQL for data analysis, reporting, and integration.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate Remedy with other business systems.

Provide technical support across development, testing, and production environments.

Ensure system compliance with ITIL standards and follow best practices across the SDLC process.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM Suite.

Experience in application configuration, workflow customization, and Remedy administration.

Strong understanding of Change Management, Incident, and Problem Management processes.

Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and basic database troubleshooting.

Experience integrating Remedy with third-party tools is an advantage.

ITIL or BMC certifications are a plus.
