We are seeking a highly experienced RF Expert Engineer to lead RF planning, optimization, and performance improvement for multi-technology mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G). The ideal candidate will bring over 20 years of proven experience in RF network design, hardware dimensioning, spectrum optimization, and advanced troubleshooting, with a strong track record of successful projects for leading telecom operators.

• Lead RF planning, design, and optimization for Ericsson multi-band radio networks (LTE, NR, WCDMA, GSM).

• Develop and deliver detailed RF site design, ensuring coverage, capacity, and quality meet project requirements.

• Perform frequency planning, spectrum optimization, and interference mitigation across large-scale networks.

• Conduct hardware dimensioning and capacity planning for network expansion.

• Perform network performance analysis using KPIs and recommend parameter tuning to optimize service quality.

• Lead in-building solutions (IBC/DAS) design and implementation for high-traffic hotspot areas.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including field engineers, optimization teams, and customer representatives, to ensure project objectives are met.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training for RF planning and design teams.

• Support new technology rollouts, trials, and special event optimization.

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure alignment with Ericsson quality standards.

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering.

  • Over 20 years of RF engineering experience in mobile network planning, optimization, and rollout.

  • Proven experience working on projects for leading operators (DTAC, AIS, TOT, T-Mobile, Mobifone).

  • Strong expertise in Ericsson RAN products and planning tools.

  • Proficiency in RF optimization, frequency planning, capacity dimensioning, and network troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with IBC/DAS design and parameter tuning.

  • Strong skills in data analysis and visualization (MS PowerBI, Rapid Miner, Excel VBA).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in multi-cultural teams.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Thai.

  Preferred Skills:

   

  • Knowledge of 5G NR optimization strategies.

  • Experience with automated frequency planning tools.

  • Familiarity with network design visualization tools (Google Earth, Visio).
