Responsibilities :

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Engineer to join our team, providing support and experiences for the DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) products for our customers in the operator sector in Thailand. This role will focus on delivering technical solutions, managing product implementations, and ensuring smooth operations of DWDM systems in the network environments of telecom operators.

  • Provide technical support for DWDM product solutions to telecom operator customers.
  • Assist in the design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of DWDM systems.
  • Ensure proper functionality and optimal performance of the DWDM products within customer networks.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, and Support) to ensure successful product deployment.
  • Perform network assessments and create reports based on performance metrics.
  • Train customers on DWDM product usage and best practices for efficient network operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to DWDM equipment in customer environments.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in DWDM technology to provide timely advice and solutions to clients.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with DWDM products and technologies, preferably in a vendor or telecom operator environment.
  • Solid understanding of optical networks, DWDM technologies, and related network protocols.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of DWDM equipment.
  • Good knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Willingness to travel for customer site visits and deployments as required.
