Location : Central (อยุธยา) และ West (นครปฐม)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with OSS platforms (e.g., Huawei U2020, Ericsson ENM, Nokia NetAct) for radio network monitoring and performance analysis.
• Perform data extraction, parsing, and analysis from OSS for KPI reporting and troubleshooting.
• Support the integration and acceptance testing of new RF nodes (e.g., 4G/5G NR sites).
• Develop and maintain scripts/tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or Shell) for network automation, configuration audits, and performance reporting.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on network performance indicators (e.g., accessibility, retainability, throughput).
• Coordinate with RF Optimization, Core Network, and Transmission teams for cross-domain issue resolution.
• Analyze drive test data and correlate with OSS statistics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support software upgrades, parameter changes, and site reconfiguration projects through OSS interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with network design principles and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. 25 years of experience in RF Engineering or OSS Integration roles.

3. Strong understanding of 3G/4G/5G technologies, including LTE/NR radio concepts, KPIs, and call flows.

4. Hands-on experience with OSS tools such as:

• Huawei U2020 / M2000
• Ericsson ENM / Moshell
• Nokia NetAct / NetViewer

5. Proficiency in data analysis and scripting languages (Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or similar).

6. Familiarity with network planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Actix, TEMS).

7. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 5G network performance optimization.
• Vendor certification (e.g., Huawei HCIA-RNP&RNO, Ericsson Certified RF Engineer).
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools applied to network performance.
