Responsibilities :
- Manage delivery of spare parts to customers as requested.
- Prepare and submit delivery reports.
- Coordinate with DHL for smooth delivery.
- Update status, proceed and monitor as per required steps.
- Confirm shipment.
- Create order in M5 system and booking order with DHL.
- Deal with customer to confirm the details of returned items and deal with DHL for further actions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in any related fields.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Written English communication is required.
- Time management.
- Adaptability and problem solving skill is required.
